Total Compensation:

  • Competitive pay range of $19-21/hr plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus, overtime pay, and variable compensation.

The Driver / Field Service Representative role involves the maintenance, cleaning, delivery, and collection of medical equipment used by local hospitals and nursing homes. This position is based at our Williston service center, involving local driving to and from medical facilities in the Williston/Burlington area using company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medical equipment and necessary documentation for delivery
  • Load and unload medical equipment
  • Drive a 26-foot box truck for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Manage delivery and pick-up documentation as required
  • Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring routine maintenance and record-keeping
  • Ensure medical equipment meets quality standards by cleaning and disinfecting to specifications
  • Uphold the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Essential: Clean driving record
  • Two(2) years’ experience in service or operations field
  • Two(2) years’ experience in front-line customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs and push/pull up to 75 pounds
  • Proficiency in driving work trucks
  • Capability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
