Kitchen privileges, washer/dryer, small fridge in room, gated community, 3 pools, utilities included, uverse & wi-fi. No smoking, drinking, drugs. No drama. I stay to myself, as I enjoy privacy. I will respect yours as well. Quiet community, near all stores & restaurants. References & security deposit required. Only serious applicants please.
